Baker's Nook Wedding cake information and Pricing. |

To have a wedding cake made with just plain cake icing placed in between each layer is $1.75 a slice. |
|
|
To have wedding cake made with fruit filling in between each layer is $2.25 a slice. |
|
|
To have a wedding cake made out of rolled fondant is $3.00 a slice. |
|
|
|
|
|
Please note these are base prices. The more elaborate the work needed for the wedding cake will add to the cost of the wedding cake per a slice. |

Your wedding cake Icing choices are as follows: |

|
Bettercreme icing.
This is a non dairy cake icing that is light and does not have a sugar taste to it. Most people say it tastes like cool whip. |
|
|
Buttercream icing.
This is the traditional cake icing that is sweet. We make our own buttercream icing from scratch. |
|
|
|

Fruit filling choices for each layer of your wedding cake. |
|
|
Raspberry filing, Strawberry filling, Cherry filling, Apple filling, Pineapple filling, Bavarian, chocolate Bavarian, Lemon filling, Cream cheese filling, Apricot filling, Chocolate mousse, Banana filling, Peach filling and Coconut filling.
Do you freeze your cakes and serve them to us as fresh?
Our cakes are never frozen and they are baked fresh daily in our ovens here at our store. A frozen cake or week old cake which some places serve these days taste dry and just plain bad.
We will never do that. We have very high standards for making a wedding cake at Baker's Nook. |

Delivery and set up charges are as follows: |
|
|
$50.00 delivery and set up fee within 30 miles.
$1.00 a mile if over 30 miles from our store.
$25.00 fee to arrange fresh flowers on a wedding cake. |

Deposit policy. |
|
|
There will be a deposit on all of Baker's Nook equipment used in the set up of your wedding cake. This is a separate check you write that will not be cashed and will be returned to you in full when all items are returned to us clean and unbroken. |

When do you except Wedding cake appointments? |
|
|
All wedding cake consultations are by appointment only. We have our wedding cake consultations on the following days only: Tuesday's, Wednesday's and Thursday's.
The reason we do this is we want to be able to focus on your needs the whole time. Our store is very busy and coming in without a appointment to get a wedding cake is not the correct way for us to take care of you and your family needs effectively.
This is a very important day in your life and we here at Baker's Nook want to make sure that we devote our entire time to you only with out any interruptions. |

Can I taste your wedding cakes before I buy a wedding cake from Baker's Nook?
You sure can.
On the day of your wedding cake consultation we will make any of the flavors as noted above for you. We will make up to 2 cakes for free. Any other wedding cake sample cakes will cost $5.00 after the 2 free ones we make for you.
If you are in a hurry and do not have time for a full wedding cake consultation you can call us a few days before you need a tasting cake and we will make it for you so you can pick it up from us. Please be aware we do not have the time to do a proper wedding cake consultation with you if you are picking up tasting cakes for your wedding. You still need to schedule a proper wedding cake appointment with us.
